At the Sheregesh ski resort in Kuzbass, a child fell out of a ski elevator cabin and rolled down the slope. An investigation into the incident is underway. This was reported on December 3 by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Kemerovo region.

It is specified that the check is organized under part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life or health of consumers").

According to the agency, the minor fell out of the cabin when climbing to the top of the mountain because of the premature opening of the protective frame. After that, the child rolled several dozen meters down the slope. Employees of the cable car called rescuers to the scene.

"At present, investigators of the IC of Russia are carrying out a set of verification measures aimed at establishing the circumstances of the incident. According to the results of the inspection will be made a procedural decision", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Department.

Earlier, on September 1, in Volgograd amusement park 36 people got stuck on the highest attraction in the region. The structure "Seventh Sky" stopped due to a power surge on the power grid. Specialists of the Russian Emergencies Ministry rescued two people with the help of a crank elevator, the rest were removed after the attraction was launched.
