In the Moscow region, a store director strangled a customer who stole alcohol

Law enforcement authorities have detained the director of a grocery store suspected of murdering a customer in Ramenskoye urban district. This was reported on December 3 by the main investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (GSU SK RF) in the Moscow region.

"The investigator of the investigative Department for the city of Ramenskoye of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region as part of the investigation of the criminal case in accordance with Art. 91 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation detained a 32-year-old man suspected of murder (part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the department.

The incident occurred on November 30 in the back room of the grocery store. The suspect beat the opponent, and then strangled him because of the theft of alcohol.

According to the agency, the figure will soon be charged and a measure of restraint will be chosen.

Earlier, on November 9, a man beat and trampled to death an acquaintance in the center of Moscow, a criminal case was opened. It is specified that the attacker inflicted at least 10 blows with his feet on the body and head of the acquaintance on the grounds of anger and personal animosity, as well as jumped on him. As a result of his injuries, the victim died in hospital. The case was opened under part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, which caused the death of the victim by negligence").
