The father of four children, who died of dichlofos poisoning near Krasnoyarsk, has been elected a measure of restraint in the form of signing a covenant not to leave. This was reported to "Izvestia" on December 3 in the investigative department of the Investigative Committee (ICS) of Russia in the region.

"Elected a measure of restraint in the form of a signature on not leaving and proper behavior", - reported in the department.

Earlier in the day it was reported that the man was charged under part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence"), and he pleaded guilty. The investigation found out that on September 20, the man treated the house with insect repellent, but did not follow the recommendations on protective measures, allowing children to eat in the room where he sprayed chemicals, and the next day the family had symptoms of poisoning.

On September 21, the family sought medical attention at the hospital with nausea and vomiting. After a sharp decline in health, the minor brother and sister died. Later, on September 22, the third child died, and on the 23rd - the fourth. In the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region said that at the time of the incident, the mother of the dead children was nine months pregnant.

Later, on December 2, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that the preliminary cause of poisoning - improper use of dichlophos. According to the agency, the head of the family chaotically sprayed the insect repellent, and poisons got on all things and surfaces in the house. The experts pointed out that the ingress of chemicals on toys, clothes and household items caused poisoning and then death of the children.
