A man in Priamurye dragged a dog tied to a car through the snow

A man tied a dog by the neck to his car and dragged it along the road in the Amur region. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is conducting an investigation into the incident. This was reported on December 3 "Izvestia".

Video of the incident was published by users in social networks. The footage shows a man dragging the animal through the snow. At first the dog tried to resist, leaning on his paws, but soon gave up.

The owner of the car in turn refused to comment on the situation.

Earlier, on November 27, a man stabbed his five-month-old puppy in Khimki near Moscow. According to preliminary data, the attacker, being in a forest belt near the village of Brekhovo, inflicted numerous stabbing blows to the puppy aged approximately five months, from which the animal died in a veterinary clinic. The identity of the dog's owner has been established. A criminal case has been opened under part 1 of article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Cruel treatment of animals").
