Fraud in payments of state aid during and after the pandemic COVID-19 led to the theft of $191 billion, it became known on December 2 from the report of U.S. congressmen on the results of a two-year investigation.

"Fraudsters caused damage to American taxpayers for more than $191 billion by taking advantage of the federal unemployment insurance system and using people's personal information," the report says.

It is specified that the fraudsters, using the "wage protection program" during the pandemic, stole at least $64 billion more. Also, an additional $200 billion was lost due to lack of control over measures to support small businesses.

Earlier, on November 13, it became known that the American woman sued $13 million for dismissal because of the refusal to vaccinate. The woman feared that vaccinations could be tested on the cells of embryos left after abortions, which went against her Christian faith. Domski submitted a request for an exemption from the vaccination requirement, but was denied. Blue Cross Blue Shield questioned the veracity of her beliefs, according to court documents. A month later, the woman was fired. She later filed a lawsuit, claiming she was the victim of discrimination.
