Russian author and performer SHAMAN (Yaroslav Dronov) on Monday, December 2, answered questions from young people as part of the project "We are the Future. The power of meanings". "Izvestia" showed footage of the event.

More than a thousand children from all urban districts of the region, including students, volunteers and activists, came to the Moscow Region Government House to talk to the artist. During the meeting Dronov told about his creative path and explained the reason for choosing patriotic themes for his compositions.

Thus, according to him, the artist wrote the song "Let's Stand Up" even before the special military operation, but he had never created such compositions before.

"It's just that I felt the strength in this very theme. And people supported me and loved my creativity," - shared Dronov.

Also SHAMAN emphasized that exactly one year from now it will be 30 years since he started performing on stage. He noted that for the first time it happened exactly at the age of four. In addition, the artist added that he is "happy with the fact that he serves the people of Russia."

Earlier, on August 29, it became known that singer Grigory Leps and SHAMAN performed their famous compositions in a military hospital in Kursk. The footage shows how the artists are greeted with applause and loudly sing along to them. Leps and SHAMAN also talked to the servicemen, wished them a speedy recovery and performed the songs "The Best Day" and "I am Russian".
