- Residents of a housing estate in New Moscow complained about the lack of heat and light in their apartments

Residents of the residential complex "Novoye Vnukovo" in New Moscow have faced power outages in the house. In a conversation with Izvestia on December 3, they reported that many apartments remain cold.
It is noted that generators have been installed, but the apartments are still cold.
"Literally half an hour ago brought generators, connected, now the light that appears is only because of the generators. The problem itself has not been solved," a resident of the LCD told Izvestia.
According to another local resident, since lunchtime, the staff of the local kindergarten began contacting parents and asking them to pick up their children. Residents of another building noted that in some apartments there are mothers with infants who can not go down to the street with a stroller because of non-working elevators.
"Indifferent residents go and carry them in thermoses boiling water," - noted the girl.
As reported to "Izvestia" in the management company "Airplane", the problem arose due to an accident outside the LCD. In some of the houses have already begun to turn on the light, however, as many residents noted, the problem is not completely solved.
Earlier, on November 28, the Governor of Smolensk region Vasily Anokhin said that in the region 4 thousand subscribers remain without electricity. He pointed out that thanks to the work to restore power supply in municipalities, light was returned to the homes of 15 thousand residents of the region and to eight schools in sparsely populated areas.
Before that, on November 27, it was reported that in the Smolensk region due to snowfall more than 19 thousand residents remained without electricity. The Governor announced at the direct line that the authorities are ready to reimburse the expenses of the region's residents for accommodation in hotels until the restoration of power supply to their homes.
