Cloudy with clearings, mostly without precipitation and up to +2 degrees - such weather expects residents of the capital region on Tuesday, December 3. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow during the day will vary from zero to +2 degrees. At night, the thermometer columns will drop to -3.

In Moscow region during the day forecasters promise from -2 to +3 degrees, at night the temperature may fall to -5.

Southwest wind with a speed of 5-10 m/s is expected.

Atmospheric pressure will be 751-752 mm of mercury column.

On the eve, December 2, the scientific head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand predicted almost snowless week in Moscow. The specialist noted that there will be almost no snow in the capital this week due to high pressure. In the second half of the week it will be very high, only 0.5 mm of snow will fall in the city.

On the same day, the head of the Meteo forecasting center, Alexander Shuvalov, told Izvestia that a warm autumn will be followed by a mild winter in the Moscow region. The forecaster specified that the past warm fall period is a local phenomenon. Among the consequences of the temperature rise may be a milder winter, a longer summer, a shorter period of frost, in addition, the maximum temperature in the summer months may begin to break records.
