Perpetrator of the deaths of social center residents in Altai faces up to 10 years in prison

"When the premises, including the kitchen, are kept in a dirty state, cleaning and disinfection of the premises is not done properly. During the investigation it will be established whether there were dangerous and pathogenic microorganisms in the food products or indeed, as the spouse of the detainee says, the infection could have been brought by one of the guests," she noted.
