The head of the Ministry of Education and Science said that the trend of brain drain from Russia has reversed

Russia has succeeded in reversing the situation with the outflow of professional personnel from the country. This was stated by the Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov to "Izvestia".

"Within the next seven years, Russia will have the most powerful research infrastructure in the world"
