The governor of the Bryansk region reported the destruction of UAVs

Air defense forces destroyed a drone over the Bryansk region. This was reported by the governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz on December 2.

"An aircraft-type UAV was detected and destroyed over the territory of the Bryansk region by air defense forces of the Russian Defense Ministry," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Bogomaz specified that as a result of the attack there were no destructions and casualties, and operational services are working on the site.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported about 15 destroyed UAVs over three regions of Russia. It is specified that eight drones were destroyed over the Kursk region, four over the Bryansk region, one over the Belgorod region, as well as two more UAVs over the Republic of Crimea.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the backdrop of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
