Three dozen healthcare facilities have been renovated in Kamchatka over four years

In Kamchatka Krai since the beginning of 2020 more than 30 health care facilities have been overhauled. This is reported by the regional government.

According to KamchatkaMedia IA, the facilities are being renovated under the "People's Program". In 2024, it repaired two general practitioner offices in the villages of Tymlat and Sedanka, as well as a paramedic station in the village of Kovran.

"The program has been adjusted over the course of four years. For example, in the village of Achaivayam, when we realized that there is an excellent health care facility there, and next to it - a room where you can make housing for medics, it was decided to overhaul it," said Victoria Sivak, deputy chairman of the government of the region.

In addition, as part of the program implementation, six capital facilities and two modular structures were erected in Kamchatka, and two buildings where medical institutions are located were purchased.
