A child died on a walk in a kindergarten in Nizhny Novgorod

A criminal case has been opened in Nizhny Novgorod district of Nizhny Novgorod over the death of a three-year-old child. This was reported on Monday, December 2, by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (ICRF) for the region in Telegram-channel.

"On the territory of the kindergarten located on Bogdanovicha Street, the body of a three-year-old child without signs of violent death was found," - stated in the message.

A criminal case has been instituted under part 2 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence due to improper performance by a person of his professional duties").

Investigators establish the circumstances of the death of the child, conducting an examination of the scene. Interrogations of employees of the kindergarten and forensic medical examination are underway. Actions (or inaction) of the staff will be assessed from the point of view of the law.

Earlier, on November 29, a criminal case was opened over the death of a teenager after a physical education lesson in the Republic of Tatarstan. It is noted that the minor after a lesson of physical education in Almetyevsk polytechnic technical school felt sick, after which he was hospitalized in a medical facility, where he died some time later.
