Construction of a new sports complex was completed in Boguchany in Krasnoyarsk region

In the village of Boguchany in Krasnoyarsk Krai, construction of a new physical fitness and health center (FHC) named "Sibiryak" has been completed. On Monday, December 2, the regional Ministry of Sports reports about the opening of the sports and fitness center.

The building, erected according to the standard project, accommodated a sports hall with the area of more than 1 thousand square meters, locker rooms, showers, administrative offices. The contractor landscaped the adjacent territory and placed a parking lot on it.

"Children from the sports school, as well as organized groups and sports fans of all ages will be engaged in the new sports complex," the Ministry of Sports said.

According to the head of the department Denis Petrovsky, several large sports complexes were opened in the region in 2024. The facilities were built in Minusinsk, Rybinsk, Boguchansk districts, Sosnovoborsk and Bogotol. A soccer arena was built in Divnogorsk, and a boathouse for a boat flotilla was built on the shore of Lake Bolshoye in the Sharypovsky district.

According to KrasnoyarskMedia IA, the Electron stadium was also reconstructed in Minusinsk. By the end of 2024, it is planned to open a swimming pool in Sharypovo, a sports center in Kazachinskoye, and a smart sports ground in Krasnoyarsk.
