The land plots of Tsapkov gang member Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz were put up for auction with a starting price of more than 2.5 billion rubles. Information about it appeared on December 2 on Fedresursa.
The auction is scheduled for January 16, 2025. The deposit is 20% of the starting price, the step - 5%. The lot includes 94 assets, among which the possessions in the village of Sadovoye.
The areas of plots vary from 60 thousand to over 1 million "squares". It is specified that many of the territories are under arrest.
Earlier, on August 21, the Federal Service for the Execution of Punishment (FSIN) denied the information that Tsepovyaz was held in the Rostov pre-trial detention center in privileged conditions.
Sergei Tsapk's gang killed 12 people, including children, in the village of Kushchevskaya in Krasnodar Krai on November 4, 2010, which became one of the most notorious crimes in modern Russian history. The gang has a total of 19 murders to its credit. Tsapok was sentenced to life imprisonment, he died of illness in 2014 in a pre-trial detention center.
Tsepovyaz was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2013.
