The cost of comfort-class housing in New Moscow has been named

According to the results of November 2024, the weighted average price of 1 sq. m. of comfort-class housing in the primary market in the Novomoskovsk Administrative District (NAO) amounted to 252.8 thousand rubles and in the Troitsk Administrative District (TAO) - 159.1 thousand rubles. This follows from the data of the analytics department of the company "NDV Supermarket of Real Estate", which were reviewed by "Izvestia" on December 2.

In NAO the highest price is presented in Mosrentgen settlement - Br298.8 thousand. The lowest in Marushkinskoe settlement - Br213.6 thousand.

At the same time, the average price of an apartment in the primary market in the NAO amounted to Br12.2 million and in TAO - Br9.9 million. In the context of settlements of the NAO the highest average lot price is observed in Vnukovskoye settlement - Br14.6 million. The lowest average lot price is in Marushkinskoe settlement - Br9.8 million, the experts said.

In general, the share of the escrow account offer in TINAO is 96.7% of the total offer area in 40 projects. Comfort class is 95.2% of the proposal, business class - 4.8%.
