Two people hurt in explosion at gas station in Novosibirsk region

In the town of Iskitim, Novosibirsk region, two people were injured in an explosion at a private gas station. This was reported by a source of Izvestiya on December 2.

The injured driver and a woman gas station operator were hospitalized. The driver has severe burns, he is in serious condition.

It is specified that during the pumping of fuel at the gas station, the gasoline tanker caught fire, and after - the gas station itself. Eyewitnesses shared that they heard at least two claps.

The Prosecutor's office organized an inspection on the incident. It is reported that the inter-district Prosecutor went to the site.

Earlier, on September 27, three explosions occurred at a gas station in Makhachkala, followed by a fire. The fire covered 500 square meters, and it was liquidated the next day. As a result of the incident , 13 people were killed. A criminal case was initiated, the court arrested the owner of the gas station.

Later, on November 18, as a result of an inspection at gas stations in Dagestan revealed more than 17 thousand violations. It is specified that about 5 thousand of them relate to industrial safety.
