The Russian Federation has developed a reconnaissance and strike system with a laser guidance system

Russia has developed and is undergoing combat testing of a reconnaissance and strike complex, which includes a laser guidance system. This was reported on Monday, December 2, by Andrei Bezrukov, head of the Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies.

According to him, the reconnaissance-strike complex includes three separate parts: detection systems, laser targeting systems and defeat systems.

"These teams worked individually, achieved certain successes, now we are integrating them. Integration involves determining the format of data transfer, determining the tactics of interaction, packaging this into a single solution," Bezrukov told TASS.

Earlier, on November 27, it was reported that Russian scientists have developed and successfully tested an innovative system to protect objects under attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the aircraft type, which is a reliable structure consisting of nets connected to the supporting struts using cables and omega-shaped brackets. It is noted that successful tests have shown the high efficiency of the system. The results will be used to develop new building codes and improve safety.
