On November 29, the Peer-to-Peer Forum 2024 came to an end

The conference center of Moscow's Hyatt Regency Petrovsky Park hotel became the venue for the Peer-to-Peer Forum 2024, which took place on November 29, 2024. The event gathered more than 1000 participants - representatives of leading telecom and media companies, government and commercial organizations, telecom operators, content providers and other market professionals.

This year's forum, organized by MSK-IX, once again became the largest platform for discussing key issues of development of the Russian communications infrastructure, digital services and video content. The event featured two parallel streams: "Infrastructure and Network Services" and "Video Streaming", which allowed participants to dive deeper into topical issues and share their experience.

The Peer-to-Peer Forum 2024 featured more than 60 speakers from various areas of the media and telecom industries.

They presented their reports, talked about interesting cases and discussed the most important issues of concern to the Russian market. Among the speakers were leading experts and heads of major companies such as Rostelecom, VimpelCom, Tricolor, VK, Yandex, Ivy, Rutube and others.

The participants paid special attention to the key issues of regulation of the Russian media and telecom market.

The forum included seven panel discussions on the most important topics, including technology development, traffic growth, cyber threats and new opportunities for the industry. This made the event an important platform for dialog and experience sharing among industry leaders.

This year the forum participants could choose among a variety of topics touching upon the technologies of network infrastructure development, peculiarities of industry regulation, innovative approaches to video content production and distribution, and others.

Also during the Peer-to-Peer Forum 2024, a presentation of a new edition of Andrei Robachevsky's book "Internet From Within. Architecture of the Internet ecosystem".

In addition to the rich business program, speakers and visitors could exchange contacts and schedule meetings via the forum's special application, which provided unique networking opportunities.
