Forbes pointed out the lack of drones in the AFU brigade trained in Europe

The US magazine Forbes on December 2 called the lack of drones in the 155th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which underwent three months of training in Europe, a problem.
"Due to a lack of funding in Kiev, the brigade lacks drones and radio jammers to combat drones. This is a problem", - stated in the publication of the edition.
It is noted that despite the fact that Kiev produces a large number of drones, it is still not enough.
The material specifies that the 155th mechanized brigade was trained in France and Poland for three months.
Earlier in the day, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, whose term of office expired on May 20, said that the AFU lacked enough military personnel and spoke of diplomacy, demanding help from the West. He expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of support from allied countries and called for its increase.
In April this year, Verkhovna Rada deputy Roman Kostenko spoke about the acute shortage of weapons, ammunition and personnel for the AFU to maintain its positions. The MP noted that the situation remained "critically difficult".
Western countries have stepped up military and financial support for Kiev amid Russia's special operation to protect Donbas, which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on 24 February 2022 after the situation in the region worsened due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
