The most frequent reasons for dismissal of Russians have been named


One third of Russians quit their previous job because of burnout and stress. This follows on December 2 from the results of a survey conducted by specialists of "SberAnalytics" and the service "Work.ru". It is specified that more than 3.5 thousand Russians took part in the survey.
"34% noted professional burnout, stress or health condition," - quotes the results of the study TASS.
In addition, 24% of the survey participants indicated the lack of career prospects as the main reason for leaving work. While conflicts with superiors and colleagues became the reason for dismissal for 18% of respondents.
Also 17% expressed a desire to devote more time to family and personal life, 12% would prefer to work closer to home, and 6% plan to move to another city or country. At the same time, 8% of respondents have never faced the need to quit their jobs, according to the survey.
Earlier, on November 27, 47% of Russians surveyed said that they would like to become self-employed. Among the advantages 45% of survey participants noted the possibility to engage in several types of activities. Another 44% would like to combine employment and self-employment. And 24% highlighted such an advantage as low taxation.
