Libraries and houses of culture will be overhauled in Perm Krai

Several libraries and cultural institutions of the Perm Territory will undergo overhaul. This was announced by the Governor of the Kama region Dmitry Makhonin in his Telegram channel on Monday, December 2.

It is about the repair of three rural libraries of Solikamsk district - Polovodovskaya, Chernovskaya and Gorodishchenskaya. The works will be carried out in preparation for the 600th anniversary of the city.

In addition, the Kochevsky House of Culture and the Dominant Chamber Drama Theater in Gubakha will be renovated in the Permian Komi District.

The renovation of cultural institutions became possible due to the participation of the Perm Region in the federal project "Family Values and Cultural Infrastructure" of the new national project "Family", which will start in 2025.

According to the Ura.ru news agency , the"Zemstvo Cultural Worker" program will be launched in 2025. The project should attract specialists in the field of culture to work in villages and small towns.

In 2024, all the work planned under the national project "Culture" was completed. Two model libraries were created, and 10 art schools received musical instruments, equipment and other educational materials.

Thanks to the National Project, the residents of the Kama region have an opportunity to keep abreast of the cultural agenda. Various theatrical productions and concerts are broadcasted.
