Russian Armed Forces destroyed AFU armored vehicles on the Kursk direction

Servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed armored vehicles of the Ukrainian army in the Kursk direction. The Russian Defense Ministry published footage of the combat operation on December 2.

The armored vehicles were detected by reconnaissance drones of the Ministry of Defense's Rubicon test center for advanced unmanned technologies. When detected, the equipment was making a march.

Earlier in the day, the Defense Ministry showed footage of the destruction of unexploded shells of the Ukrainian army in the Kursk region. Having checked the area, sappers found an unexploded munition produced by NATO. To ensure the safety of civilians, the sappers destroyed it on the spot.

Ukrainian militants attacked Russian positions in the border areas of Kursk Region on August 6. The situation in the region was recognized as a state of emergency of federal character. The operation to destroy the AFU continues.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which was announced by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
