"Today creative industries represent 3.5% of GDP. On the instructions of the head of state, this share should be increased to 6% by 2030. Almost 3.5 million of our citizens are employed in the creative industries, and another 3.7 million are self-employed in creative professions. These are serious figures. And the award is a serious contribution to the development of the creative economy, which is quite young, but has proven its solid foundation in Russia".

Maxim Dreval, Director General of the Russian Society of Knowledge, who presented the award in the category "Creative project promoting patriotism and citizenship", said:

"I felt a sense of pride when I familiarized myself with the nominees' projects. And this pride is due to the fact that in our country the leaders of creative industries realize their talents for the benefit of the Fatherland. I would like to once again say thank you to the nominees for their hard work!"

In the "New Forms" nomination, which recognizes creative projects by companies that are not directly related to the creative industries, the award was presented by Alexander Shokhin, president of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and president of the Higher School of Economics:

"Business is also a set of creative industries. All Russian business is creative. Otherwise, how could it be possible to overcome all the obstacles that Russian business has faced in the last 2.5 years. We had to find new sales markets, to engage in import substitution and reverse engineering, to organize payments and settlements in a new way. At the same time, we created new products, provided new services and not only survived, but also developed. I am pleased to note that the leading Russian companies never tired of addressing many issues related to the concept of "sustainable development", which includes the environment, demography, and the development of the territories where they operate".

The prize in the "Trend of the Year" nomination was presented by Dashi Namdakov, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, member of the Union of Artists of Russia, member of the Presidential Council for Culture and Art. The artist emphasized the significance of the award as the highest professional recognition:

"Infinite joy and pride for colleagues in the creative shop, who today are among the nominees and laureates. The recognition of the professional community at the level of the main national award in the creative industries has a special value. I am very impressed by this new dimension of "creative economy", when we look at the result of artists' activity as a unique product that does not exist by itself, but fits into the economy of the city, region, fits into social tasks, offers its approaches to their solution".

Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Sergey Pershin presented awards in a special nomination for young professionals in the creative industries "Tavrida.ART":

"The special nomination for young professionals in culture, art and creative industries emphasizes that our country is interested in young guys creating and promoting new creative meanings. And I am especially pleased to note that these young creators are not just talented and active, they are also patriots of their country. Each of them loves their Fatherland not in word, but in deed".

Marina Mongush (Abramova), President of ANO "Creative Economy", the inspirer of the Russian Creative Awards 2024, thanked the leadership of the Presidential Administration and the State Duma for supporting the creative economy, joint work, which resulted in the adoption of the Federal Law on the development of creative industries, which will come into force in February 2025.

"When the results of one year's award are summarized, work on next year's award begins immediately. The architecture of the award, the composition of its nominations is a living tool that reflects the most pressing interests of the creative community, the demands of society, business and government, the demands of regions and local communities. And this great analytical work has already begun. I declare the IV Russian National Creative Industries Award Ceremony closed! See you next year!"

Russian Creative Awards is the only award in the world that covers all creative industries. It is the highest award for the country's creative community, which is given annually for its contribution to the development of the creative sector of the economy.
