Defense Ministry reported 15 destroyed UAVs over three Russian regions

Air defense (air defense) assets intercepted and destroyed 15 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over three Russian regions last night, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on December 2.

"Eight UAVs were destroyed over the territory of the Kursk region, four over the territory of the Bryansk region, two over the territory of the Republic of Crimea and one over the Belgorod region," the ministry's Telegram channel reported.

Before that, at 6:39 and 2:02, the Governor of the Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz reported the destruction of Ukrainian drones. As noted by the head of the region, there are no casualties.

The day before, the head of the Bryansk region reported the death of a child as a result of an attack in Starodubsky municipal district, where a residential house was also destroyed.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
