Azur Air flight from Tomsk forced to land in Novosibirsk due to a malfunction

A passenger plane of Azur Air airline, traveling from Tomsk to Phuket (Kingdom of Thailand), landed at the reserve international airport of Novosibirsk due to a technical malfunction. This was reported by the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office on December 2.

"There were more than 300 passengers on board. The landing was made safely," - said in the Telegram-channel of the department.

The plane was suspended from use until the causes of the malfunction are determined. According to the airline, passengers will be sent to their destination on a reserve aircraft.

A day earlier, a plane with a team of the Dynamo soccer club (FC) on board was forced to land in Makhachkala due to bad weather. The FC's Telegram channel reports that the landing site in Grozny had to be changed due to bad weather conditions.

On December 1, a Sukhoi Superjet of Azimut Airlines, flying from the city to Sochi, made an emergency landing at Mineralnye Vody airport. The incident occurred around 9:25 Moscow time due to technical reasons. Preliminary, there were 105 people on board, including nine children. There were no fatalities or casualties.
