The Malka SAU hit a UAV control point and a hangar with AFU armored vehicles

Soldiers of the 203-millimeter 2S7M Malka self-propelled artillery unit (SPU) of the Center group of troops hit an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) control point and a hangar with armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Krasnoarmeyskoye direction of the North-Eastern Federal District. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on December 2.
After reconnaissance data with target coordinates was received, the artillerymen moved to a pre-prepared area. The servicemen performed a series of salvos with 203-millimeter high-explosive projectiles, hitting a UAV control point at a distance of more than 28 kilometers.
In addition, during combat work and artillery fire correction, an accumulation of enemy armored vehicles was uncovered. Data on its location was transmitted to the soldiers of the unit, who successfully destroyed the target. After accomplishing the task, the calculation promptly left the firing position.
"We are often in the work. Mostly we work on fortified areas, we rarely work on manpower, we also work on artillery. We move steadily, that is, we go together with the front, do not lag behind," - said the commander of the gun Daniel.
Earlier, on November 30, the calculations of 152-millimeter towed guns "Hyacinth-B" of the group of troops "West" in the performance of firing tasks hit Krab SAU, artillery guns and strongholds with live force of armed formations of Ukraine in the zone of the special military operation.
