Historian and volunteer Sergei Yartsev died in a road accident in Luhansk

On the 50th year of life passed away historian and volunteer Sergey Yartsev. This was reported on Sunday, December 1, by his fellow digger Daniel Davydov.

"Guys, as a result of a traffic accident this morning, December 1, our friend, volunteer, historian Sergey Yartsev died," he wrote in his Telegram-channel.

The accident occurred in Lugansk. Details of what happened are unknown.

Sergey Yartsev was known as a tour guide, telling little-known facts about Moscow, and the author of blogs in social networks. After the start of the Special Military Operation (SMO), he became a volunteer, helping the Russian army.
