In the Kaluga region, the driver of a Volkswagen Tiguan hit two people to death at a crosswalk. This was reported in the press service of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region on November 30.
The incident occurred at 18:30 (coincides with Moscow time) in the area of the 135th km of the highway A-130 towards the city of Medyni.
Preliminary, the man did not give way and allowed a collision with people crossing the roadway at an unregulated crosswalk. A woman born in 1970 and a man born in 2003 died on the spot as a result of the collision.

Earlier that day in the town of Votkinsk in Udmurtia, a woman driving in reverse hit two pedestrians. As a result of the accident, one woman died on the spot from her injuries, the second was hospitalized.
