As noted by the press service of the residence on November 30, the reason for the spread of inaccurate reports was a court case.

"The reason for the spread of rumors was the court proceedings against Tatyana Muromtseva, former general director of JSC Ded Moroz, and now - the owner of LLC "Residence Velikiy Ustyug", which has nothing to do with the all-Russian Ded Moroz", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Russian Ded Moroz.

The press service warned that the only official representative of the all-Russian Santa Claus is the joint-stock company (JSC) "Ded Moroz", which was established by the government of the Vologda region. It owns all the main tourist objects of the brand in Veliky Ustyug: the fiefdom and tereum of Ded Moroz, the city residence, the post office of Ded Moroz and Ded Moroz Fashion House in Veliky Ustyug. All of them are working and ready to receive guests in the coming tourist season.

"Services related to visiting Veliky Ustyug and organizing a stay at the birthplace of Ded Moroz are provided by many travel firms. However, the problems of these firms - financial, tax, judicial, etc. - have nothing to do with the activities of JSC "Ded Moroz" and can not be considered as a reason to discuss the brand of all-Russian Santa Claus in such a way", - summarized in the press service.

Earlier, on November 18, "Izvestia" got acquainted with the calculations of the insurance house (VSK), which calculated the average cost of a policy of voluntary health insurance program ( VHI) for Santa Claus. This year it will amount to 9580 rubles. Specialists noted that Santa Claus necessarily needs outpatient and polyclinic care available under VHI. Under the policy, the wizard will be able to see a general practitioner in case of a cold, as well as get a referral to a specialized specialist, such as an ENT or pulmonologist.
