Belousov canceled orders on the Defense Ministry's personnel reserve in the civil service

Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov has canceled two regulations on the department's personnel reserve in the civil service. The corresponding document was posted on Saturday, November 30, on the portal of official publication of legal acts.

The orders of the Minister of Defense No. 495 of August 14, 2017 "On Approval of the Regulations on the Personnel Reserve of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation" and No. 698 of November 23, 2017, which amended this area, have been invalidated.

The measure brings the current regulations in line with the law on the state civil service and the decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

Belousov came up with the initiative to cancel the provision on the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Defense on October 12. The explanatory note to the draft order said that this was required for the implementation of the presidential decree on a unified federal personnel reserve.
