The Russian Armed Forces (AF) have hit the infrastructure of military airfields, energy facilities that support the work of Ukraine's military-industrial complex, and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in 132 areas. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on Saturday, November 30.
"Air defense means shot down a Neptune long-range guided missile, a projectile of the HIMARS multiple rocket launcher system and 45 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the aircraft type," the ministry said.
The units of the "North" group of troops defeated the AFU in the area of Liptsov, Kazachya Lopani and Slatino in Kharkiv region: more than 30 militants and ammunition depots were destroyed.
The "West" troop groups improved their positions by defeating Ukrainian units in Kharkiv region, the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) and the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR), destroying about 500 AFU military personnel. Six counterattacks were also repelled.
As a result of the actions of the Center and East groups, the enemy lost more than 560 fighters, two Kozak armored combat vehicles (ACVs), five vehicles and two howitzers.
The day before, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian Armed Forces had liberated four settlements during the week: three in the Donetsk People's Republic and one in Kharkiv region. It was specified that over the past seven days 34 militants were captured, 17 of them - in the Kursk direction.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
