In Primorye, the prosecutor's office sent to court a criminal case on illegal mining of minerals worth over 350 million rubles. This was reported on November 30 by the press service of the agency in its Telegram channel.
It is specified that in the period from August 2014 to December 2020 the organization, having licenses, illegally extracted rocky soil on the territory of the deposit "Solovey-Klyuch first turn".
"Thus, minerals were stolen. The damage exceeded 350 million rubles", - informed the Prosecutor's office of Primorsky Krai.
In addition, the agency added that as part of the interim measures in the criminal case was arrested the property of the accused worth more than 33 million rubles and the enterprise headed by him in the amount of more than 245 million rubles.
Earlier, on November 20, ten people were accused of logging and theft of crushed stone in the Tver region. According to the investigation, the leader created a community in January 2020, the total damage from the activities of which amounted to almost Br9 million. In 2022 and 2023, the accused cut down trees near the village of Ustinovo, and already this year stole crushed stone from the territory of JSC "Russian Railways".
