Drone operators of the 169th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 25th Combined Arms Army of the "West" group of forces are monitoring Ukrainian troops with the help of the so-called large "wing", the Supercam drone, which is capable of flying far behind the Ukrainian army's positions. This was reported by Izvestia correspondent Alexander Fedorchak on November 30.

Russian servicemen during reconnaissance with the help of the large "wing" revealed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had set up a camp in the Serebryansky forest, where they had equipped a network of trenches and trenches, as well as deployed a large ammunition depot.

"Caught a car over there. It's some kind of SUV. Probably a Uazik or something imported," - commented the commander of the first squad of the drone platoon with the call sign Marek.

It is specified that one of the features of the Supercam system is a collapsible camera, which is attached every time the drone is prepared for operation. It catches the picture at a distance of 2-3 kilometers and transmits the image with a 360-degree viewing angle.

Thanks to the effective reconnaissance activities of the Supercam drone, the main movements of the AFU have become open to Russian fighters, which will further influence the effective work of artillery.

Earlier, on November 28, assault units disrupted the rotation of the AFU on the Kurakhov direction of the SSO. It is specified that the calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) constantly monitor the terrain. Having detected groups of AFU targets, the servicemen either open fire independently or correct the actions of artillery.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
