The head of the HRC criticized fertility testing of women in Moscow

Valery Fadeyev, Chairman of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, has criticized mass hormonal diagnostics of women of fertile age in Moscow. He said this on November 29 at the XV All-Russian Congress of Patients.
"What is this for? They want to find out the potential of fertility in the country. But it would be enough to analyze information on a thousand people. Why force everyone?" - Fadeev said about the mass referral of patients for anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) testing in Moscow.
According to the head of the HRC, experts say that the result of such an analysis basically reflects nothing.
"This is an example of an indecent attitude to patients," - quotes Fadeev RBC.
Earlier, on October 14, Peskov suggested analyzing the idea of introducing a tax on childlessness. In his opinion, this tax, which previously existed in Soviet times, is unlikely to be able to affect the demographic situation in the country.
Earlier, on October 1, Slutsky called the improvement of living conditions a way to increase the birth rate. According to him, it is time to stop thinking only that a person should be motivated to give birth. You can only motivate a person to give birth by improving his living conditions. Everything else does not work. And the decision will be made by him, not by you and me for him in the State Duma.
On September 20, the Kremlin named raising the birth rate as one of the top priorities of the authorities. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the demographic problem is a challenge for the country.
