More than 20 free skating rinks will start working in the capital on December 1 at the festival sites of "Moscow Seasons", said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina. Each location will have storage rooms, skate sharpening and rental points.

"This year for visitors prepared 23 sites with artificial ice surface. The largest will open in the districts of Maryino, Koptevo, Veshnyaki, Shchukino and Teply Stan", - she said.

On weekdays guests are welcome from 11 to 22 hours, on weekends - from 10 to 22. You can choose a convenient session and register on the page of the project "Winter in Moscow" on mos.ru. Children's and adult skates can be rented at the sites. If parents want to go out on the ice without equipment, they will be offered special shoes. Children over the age of three can use support stands in the form of penguins.

Ice shows with famous skaters will be held on six sites during the holidays. The program includes "The Nutcracker", "The Bremen Musicians", "The Snow Queen", "Swan Lake" and others.

The project "Winter in Moscow" will unite all activities in the capital from December 1 to February 28. Citizens and tourists are invited to remember traditions, warm themselves with tea, skate, ski and tubing, watch ice shows and show care for those who need it.
