The Leonardo air ticket booking system has been restored, Rostec reported on Friday, November 29.

It noted that due to the global failure in the work of Russian digital services there were difficulties in the work of this system. In particular, there were failures in the re-issuance and return of tickets, problems in the registration of air passengers were not recorded at the same time.

"Measures were taken to restore the work of all services as soon as possible. Currently, the system is working in normal mode," the state corporation said.

Earlier in the day, Russian airlines reported problems with ticketing due to a global failure in the reservation system. As noted in the press service of "Aeroflot", in addition to difficulties in issuing and refunding tickets, failures were recorded in the provision of additional services in all sales channels of the airline.

In addition, also on Friday, Roskomnadzor (RKN) reported a failure on a number of Runet platforms, such as banking services, delivery services and telecom operators. The agency attributed the malfunction to problems in the operation of one of the cloud services.
