A criminal case on hooliganism has been opened in Samara after a video of teenagers abusing a schoolboy was circulated on social networks. This was reported on November 29 by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Samara region.

As noted, in local Telegram-channels appeared a video in which high school students poured water on the schoolboy, forced him to kneel down and apologize to the girl.

"In the course of media monitoring revealed publications, which reported that in Samara school students committed hooligan actions against a schoolboy, humiliating the victim," - stated on the website of the agency.

A criminal case under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism") has been initiated. Investigators establish the identity of the participants of the incident. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
