Pensioner who fell into boiling water in the yard of her house died in Vladivostok

A 69-year-old woman died in Vladivostok after falling into boiling water in the courtyard of her house in mid-November. This was reported by a source of Izvestiya on November 29.

According to the interlocutor, the woman had burns on her torso, arms and legs - a total of 50% of her body.

The fact that the woman fell into the boiling water became known on November 15. Then the Investigative Committee of the Primorsky Krai reported that near the shopping center "Kalina-Mall" burst a pipe, from which hot water began to flow under pressure, where the pensioner fell. The victim was helped by people passing by and called an ambulance.

At the same time, a criminal case was opened under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements").
