Snowy beginning of December predicted in the Pskov region

Forecasters predict snowfalls in the Pskov region in the first week of December. At the same time, high air temperature is expected.

According to forecasts, the minus temperature will be established on December 5 and 6. This is reported by Pskov newswire with reference to the head of the Pskov Central State Hydrometeorological Service - branch of FGBU "North-West UHMS" Tala Neshchadimova.

On various days is expected light snow, wet snow and snow with rain. During the week will prevail wind of southern and western directions.

According to the scientific head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand, a warm December is expected throughout Russia. Exceeding the temperature norm is expected in the east of the European part of Russia, the entire Volga Federal District, the Urals, most of Siberia and the northern half of the Far East.
