The most in-demand specialists in the financial sector in the Russian Federation have been named

In Russia, economists, credit specialists and financial managers became the most in-demand specialists in the financial sphere in January-November 2024. This is stated in the research results of analysts of the Russian online recruiting platform hh.ru, which were reviewed by Izvestia on December 2.

The experts specified that more than one third of all job offers in this direction (36%) were open for economists, 14% for credit specialists and 12% for financial managers. Also especially in demand are financial and investment analysts (10%), debt collection specialists and auditors (7% each), financial controllers (4%), financial directors, methodologists and treasurers (3% each), compliance managers and brokers (1% each). At the same time, compared to 2023, the demand for debt collection specialists has increased most noticeably (+171% of vacancies year-on-year), and they are the most scarce personnel in the financial sector.

The highest-paid employees of the financial sector include financial directors (the median offered salary for them amounted to Br187.900 thousand), brokers (Br129.4 thousand), methodologists (Br94.6 thousand), treasurers (Br92.5 thousand) and compliance managers (Br88.9 thousand). At the same time, employers are ready to pay an average of Br64.6 thousand to economists, while debt collection specialists - Br50 thousand.

Earlier, November 19, it was reported that the majority of surveyed Russians (85%), who work from home for more than five years, do not want to return to the office. This was found out by analysts "Contur.Tolka". At the same time, 40% of respondents said that their productivity does not fall with this format of work.
