A Russian crew of a Ka-52M helicopter has destroyed a Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) manpower and a stronghold in a border area of Kursk Region. Images of the combat operation were published by the Russian Defense Ministry on November 29.

The enemy personnel and stronghold were destroyed by missile strikes carried out by Army aviation pilots.

After the strike, the crews performed anti-missile maneuvering with shooting off traps that prevent the missiles of the AFU's man-portable anti-aircraft missile system from hitting them.

Earlier in the day, the Russian military detected and eliminated groups of AFU personnel while attempting to change positions in the Kursk direction. The objective control footage shows the destruction of the enemy by FPV drone calculations.

The Ukrainian military attacked Russian positions in the border areas of the Kursk region on August 6. The situation in the region was recognized as a state of emergency of federal character. The operation to destroy the militants continues.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
