Popular products for stress relief and relaxation among Russians have been named

This fall, the most popular products for relaxation among Russians were guasha rollers for the face, a telescopic back and body scratcher, and a neck massager. AliExpress CIS analysts have compiled a corresponding rating, which was reviewed by Izvestia on December 1.

"The first place in the top 10 category sales this fall was taken by Guasha stone facial rollers, which are a tool of traditional Chinese medicine used for face and body massage. They help improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, reduce swelling and improve skin tone," experts said.

The second place was taken by a telescopic back and body scratcher, and a neck massager closes the top three. Both small massager-stickers for the cervical spine and more advanced versions with LCD display and different modes for relaxation are in demand among Russians.

Among other stress-relieving products that were in demand in the fall of 2024, analysts named a silicone ice roller, which is used to cool the skin and facelift the face, a portable electric device for body shaping, and a pillow with a memory effect. Other fall top 10s included the Shiatsu foot massager, an electric eye massager, finger massage rings, and fascial balls.

"The foot massager mimics the technique of Japanese Shiatsu massage, which is based on finger pressure on specific points on the body. It helps with fatigue and foot pain. Massager for the skin around the eyes uses various technologies to improve the condition of this delicate area, helps to reduce signs of aging and fatigue. The main purpose of massage rings is to improve blood circulation and relieve tension in the muscles and joints of the fingers. Fascial ball is a small massage ball designed to relax tense points in the body", - explained the experts.

Earlier, on November 13, it was reported that the most popular category in the 11.11 sale was home appliances. This follows from the data of the service for accepting online and offline payments "YUKassa" (owned by fintech company "YuMoney"). The second most popular category was women's clothing.
