The Rosgvardia held events timed to the 255th anniversary of the birth of the founder of the domestic law enforcement forces Count Eugraf Komarovsky. This was reported on November 29 by the press service of the department on its website.

"In honor of the memorable date on the instructions of the head of the department, Army General Viktor Zolotov, Deputy Director of the Rosgvardiya, Colonel General Alexei Vorobyov, heads and officers of structural units of the central apparatus, veterans of the department, cadets of the Moscow Presidential Cadet School named after M.A. Sholokhov laid flowers at the bust of Count Eugraf Komarovsky in Moscow", - stated in the message.

In addition, a liturgy was served in the Rosgvardia, soldiers of the honor guard company marched solemnly in front of the bust of General Komarovsky, and a military-scientific conference was held in the central office of the department, where they discussed his contribution to the opening of the internal guard corps.

In June, in the Central Museum of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation in Moscow, a solemn ceremony was held for the stamping of the postal block dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the F.E. Dzerzhinsky Division. As noted by Colonel General Sergei Boyko, Chief of the Main Staff of the Russian National Guard Troops and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian National Guard Troops, this ceremony emphasizes the division's special contribution to the country's security.
