The cost of housing in new buildings in Krasnodar increased by 12% over the year


In October on the primary real estate market in Krasnodar the average cost of 1 sq. m. amounted to 153 thousand rubles. In relation to October 2023, the price increased by 12%. This follows from the data of the Department of analytics of the federal developer "Neometria", which were read by "Izvestia" on November 29.
"The real estate market in Krasnodar shows a systematic growth. Over the year, prices in new buildings have increased by 12% relative to October 2023. Apartments here are most often purchased by local residents. However, there is also an influx of buyers from other regions of Russia", - said the director of the analytics department of the federal developer "Neometria" Ksenia Rysenko.
One-room apartments prevail in the structure of transactions at the end of the reporting month - according to market data, they account for 46% of purchases. On two-room dwelling - 36%, also 11% of transactions were formalized on three-room lots, the remaining 7% - on studios.
Earlier, November 2, it was reported that every third Russian respondent considers the most comfortable "young" secondary housing - real estate, which is 3-10 years old. About 30% of respondents called a country house comfortable. The comfort of new buildings - up to three years from the date of delivery of the house - noted 23%. And only 15% prefer secondary housing, which is more than 10 years old. This is stated in the results of the VTB survey.
