Dairy complex to be built in Khabarovsk Krai for 3.6 billion rubles


"Khabarovsk Milk has been granted the status of a resident of a TOR under an agreement signed on the margins of the IX Eastern Economic Forum with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation.
The investor will invest 3.6 billion rubles in the project. More than 400 jobs will be created. It is planned to launch production in 2029.
According to Sergey Tseserenko, General Director of Khabarovsk Milk Company, quoted by the AmurMedia news agency, the complex will include a single chain of enterprises from milk production to processing and production of a line of finished products. Thus, the complex will include a dairy farm for 2.4 thousand heads, a milk processing plant, which will produce about 120 tons per day. The status of a TOR resident will help to implement the project, which is important for the region, faster and more efficiently. The company expects that in the foreseeable future it will be possible to reach export capacity and supply products to the Chinese markets.
The plant is planned to produce milk, yogurt, sour cream, cream and kefir with a total capacity of 26 thousand tons per year. The plant will employ mainly local residents, and the machinery for the plant-growing part of the project will be Russian-made.
The resident will receive land plots on lease without tenders. The investor will be given the opportunity to take advantage of tax benefits and administrative preferences. We are talking about reduced from 30% to 7.6% insurance premiums for 10 years, zero property and profit taxes for the first 5 years, said Irina Serova, Director of JSC "Corporation for Development of the Far East" Khabarovsk.
The Agency writes that 111 residents are implementing investment projects in the Khabarovsk FTD. The volume of investments is more than 373 billion rubles. About 16 thousand jobs are created. The residents of Khabarovsk TOR have invested 273 billion rubles in the regional economy. About 9.7 thousand jobs have been created.
At the end of September it was reported that the Khabarovsk Territory will double the production of pasta products. The only producer of pasta in the region has purchased a new domestic line for this purpose. For the purchase of equipment for the production of short-cut pasta, the company received a soft loan and a loan from the Small Business Support Fund. The assistance is provided to the enterprise within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship".
