Russian military hit positions of AFU personnel on the Kursk direction with drones

The Russian military has detected and liquidated groups of personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) while trying to change positions in the Kursk direction. The Defense Ministry showed footage of the combat operation on November 29.

The objective control footage shows the destruction of the enemy by FPV drone calculations.

The Ukrainian military, which in small groups tried to change their positions, were detected by reconnaissance copters of the Test Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies of the Ministry of Defense "Rubicon". The detected locations were promptly handed over to strike assets, the ministry specified.

Earlier on Friday, the Defense Ministry published footage of the combat work of servicemen of the reconnaissance unit of the "North" group of troops to eliminate armored vehicles and AFU manpower in the Kursk border area. During the day, the enemy repeatedly tried to squeeze out the assault units, but small groups of the enemy were destroyed.

The Ukrainian military attacked Russian positions in the border areas of the Kursk region on August 6. The situation in the region was recognized as a state of emergency of federal character. The operation to destroy the militants continues.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
