The State Duma told about the laws coming into force in December


Seven new laws will come into force in Russia in December. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, in his Telegram channel on Friday, November 29.
Thus, from the beginning of winter, control over the issuance of certificates of knowledge of the Russian language by migrants will increase. Now only state organizations will be able to do this, and intermediaries will be excluded. At the same time, fines for forgery of documents related to illegal migration will increase.
"Laws aimed at protecting children, family, traditional values will come into force. To protect our children from potential dangers, it will be prohibited to adopt them by citizens of foreign countries where sex change is allowed (entered into force on November 23). People will also be protected from propaganda of conscious refusal of childbearing," Volodin notes.
In December, participants of the special military operation (SMO) will be exempted from enforcement fees. The rulings issued earlier against them will be canceled.
The rules of licensing of Internet providers will also change. A mandatory condition for obtaining and maintaining a license will be the use of technical means to counter threats on the Web and compliance with the scheme of traffic passing through these means.
The rules for combating money laundering will become stricter. Notaries will be obliged to request the necessary documents when identifying clients and report suspicious activities to Rosfinmonitoring.
Earlier, on November 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law, according to which the expected period of payment of funded pension for 2025 was increased to 22.5 years. The law will come into force on January 1, 2025. It is specified that the calculations by which the payment period was determined, was calculated according to statistical information on the life expectancy of men and women aged 60 and 55 years, respectively.
