Air defense forces shot down 47 Ukrainian drones overnight over Russian regions, the Russian Defence Ministry has said on 29 November. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on November 29.

"On-duty air defense means destroyed 47 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)," - informed the press service in the Telegram-channel of the department.

It is specified that 29 drones were intercepted over the territory of Rostov region, eight - over the territory of Krasnodar region, three - over the territories of Belgorod, Bryansk and Voronezh regions and one - over the territory of the Republic of Crimea.

Earlier, on November 28, air defense means overnight intercepted 25 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory. It is reported that 14 UAVs were destroyed over the territory of the Krasnodar region, six over the territory of the Bryansk region, three over the territory of the Republic of Crimea and two over the Rostov region.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
