Boxer Drozd predicted Papin's victory in his fight with Hardy

Boxer Alexei Papin will be faster, more agile and more skillful in the ring than his opponent - American mixed martial artist Greg Hardy - in a fight as part of the gala show "REN TV Fight Club. Super Series." This was reported on November 29 by boxer Grigory Drozd.

According to Drozd, Hardy is 20-30 kg heavier than Papin and is in a different weight category, so because of the big difference in weight for viewers the fight will look unusual.

"I think that Papin will be faster, more agile, so to speak, more skillful. After all, Alexei is a boxer, and in terms of striking technique he is doing well compared to his opponent," he said.

The boxer added that Papin serves in the special operation zone. He stated that the kickboxer is an example for the youth.

A large-scale boxing tournament as part of the gala show "REN TV Fight Club. Superseries" will be held on December 13 in the sports complex "Megasport". The main event of the evening will be a duel between MMA fighter Vitaly Minakov and boxer Kevin Johnson. Alexei Papin and American fighter Greg Hardy will meet in a consensual fight. Also European champion and two-time Russian boxing champion Sergey Kuzmin and professional boxer Murad Khalidov will enter the ring.

Earlier, on November 26, MMA fighter Romankevich predicted Papin's victory in the fight with American Hardy. Romankevich noted Papin's experience and stated that he is "gaining momentum." In addition, he emphasized that we are talking about super heavyweight and the Russian boxer is not in his weight category.

Before that, on November 25, boxer Andrei Chebotarev said that Papin will win the fight with the American fighter. According to him, Russian "tanks" will simply "run over" the Americans.
